The labourers at work ministry represents the ministry in action, this is the part of the ministry that allows members to operate in their spiritual gifts outside of the sanctuary. In the LAW ministry each a person should be spiritually mature enough to deal with unbelievers.

To teach and train LABOURERS to become disciples of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
To provide LABOURERS with the tools to build a character and lifestyle of being a disciple. To provide opportunities for LABOURERS for spiritual growth and self-expression in worship.

The Potter’s Hand has three major divisions:

The Potter’s Clay is a mixture of new and growing believers. In this place, Earthenware bodies develop are refined by THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. Ministries that fall under this are:
Family Ministry
Support Ministry
Prayer Ministry

Temple Management

The Temple Management Ministry aids LFJC in providing a loving, safe and clean environment that the people of God may receive and understand the gospel and share it with the world. Knowing that our temples belong to God, we must do everything we can to please Him. Temple Management serves as the “nerve center” of LFJC ensuring smooth, efficient logical and fiscal management, as well as providing for the beautification, maintenance and physical security of the church grounds.

Labourers Purpose Statement

To bring people to Jesus and membership in his family, develop them to Christlike maturity, and equip them for their ministry as citizens of the Kingdom of God and life mission in the world, to magnify and advance God’s Kingdom in the earth.
